Terms :
The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. It must be unworn/unused, undamaged, unstained, unscented. It must be returned with the original label and packaging.
If the returned article does not respect these conditions, we will not be able to give a favorable follow-up to your return.
Reduced / sale items are neither exchanged nor refunded.
Path to follow :
- Send an e-mail to the address: contact@mainatrend.com to obtain the information.
- Place the item with its original label and the attached form fully completed in the original packaging.
- Send your package by the carrier you want.
The return will be at your expense, under your responsibility and non-refundable. The package remains your responsibility until it is received by the MAK-A team at our premises. We therefore advise you to choose a secure shipping method.
Refund :
Upon receipt of your item on our premises, we will analyze your return.
If your return complies with the conditions mentioned above, a voucher will be sent to you within 3 days on the e-mail address used during the purchase.
